Ingredients

• 2 - 2.5 pound boneless pork loin
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 (16 oz.) bottle BBQ sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cups water

Directions

Add all to slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred and eat as sandwiches, nachos, or tacos.
