• 2 pounds ground beef
• 2 packets taco seasoning
• 2 cans Rotel, undrained
• 1 pound Mexican Velveeta cheese
• 2 cans crescent rolls
• Toppings: salsa, sour cream, jalapeños
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook ground beef in large skillet. Drain. Add back to skillet with taco seasoning and Rotel. Simmer for 5 minutes on low. Slice Velveeta and stir until melted and mixed well.
Press 1 can of crescent rolls into the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread meat over. Top with remaining can of crescent rolls. Bake 20-25 minutes until crescent rolls are brown. Serve with desired toppings.
