Ingredients:
- Hoagie buns
- ½ pound sliced pepperoni
- ½ pound sliced turkey
- ½ pound sliced salami
- ½ pound provolone
- 1/3 cup banana peppers
- ½ head lettuce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ purple onion
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Butter, room temp for spreading on rolls
Directions
Finely (very finely!) chop the pepperoni, turkey, salami, provolone, banana peppers, lettuce, and onion. Throw in big mixing bowl. Sprinkle in oregano. Stir.
Whisk mayo, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar.
Open rolls and scoop some of the bread out. Butter the inside of the rolls and toast in a hot oven.
Mix mayo mixture into chopped mixture. Spoon into hoagie rolls.
