- 1 rotisserie chicken
- Flour tortillas
- Mexican cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons pickled jalapeño juice
- 3 tablespoons diced pickled jalapeños
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- Salt to taste
- For serving: Taco Bell sauce and sour cream
Shred chicken. Mix mayo, jalapeño juice, jalapeños, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne and salt in a bowl. Add chicken.
Heat tortilla on stove. Sprinkle the entire tortilla with cheese. Spread chicken mixture onto half of the tortilla and fold over. Crisp on both sides. Serve with Taco Bell sauce and sour cream.
