Taco Pizza

A go-to for busy nights!


  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 small can Mexicorn, drained
  • 1/2 can Rotel, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • Pillsbury pizza crust
  • Toppings:  sour cream, jalapeño slices


Cook pizza crust on rectangular stone or baking sheet.  Meanwhile brown the hamburger meat.  Drain.  Return to pan and add taco seasoning and water.  After it simmers a few minutes add the chopped cilantro, Mexicorn, and Rotel.  Stir.  Spread onto baked pizza crust.  Top with cheese.  Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.  Slice with pizza cutter and top with whatever you like!
