- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugaqr
- 1 teaspoon all purpose spice mix (garlic powder, paprika, etc)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons water

- 6 tablespoons butter
- Juice & zest of half a lemon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons monced thyme
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Melt butter and combine with lemon juice & zest, garlic, mustard, cayenne & paprika. Stir in parsley, chives, red pepper flakes, thyme, S&P.
