Cookie:
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 egg yolk, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray a 10” skillet with cooking spray.
Cream the butter and sugars until light and creamy. Add in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
Whisk the dry ingredients together and mix into the butter mixture.
Spread into skillet. Mix the topping ingredients together and shake over evenly. Bake 25 minutes.
