- 1-2 packages boneless skinless chicken thighs
- OR use 1 pkg chicken and 1 pound peeled shrimp
- Jar of Sesame Garlic Teriyaki sauce
- Kosher salt & pepper
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 bag tri colored bell peppers
- Yellow or purple onion
- Green onions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roughly chop all veggies. Put in bowl and drizzle 3/4 cup of sauce over. Sprinkle with kosher salt & pepper. Pour onto sheet pan. Top with chicken. Baste chicken with sauce, then salt & pepper. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and baste again. If you are adding shrimp add at this point. Return to oven and cook 25 minutes. Broil for 3 minutes if desired. Serve with fried rice.
