Sheet Pan Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak & Gravy Reading Sheet Pan Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki 1 minute Next Fruity Pebbles Muffins


  • 1-2 packages boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • OR use 1 pkg chicken and 1 pound peeled shrimp
  • Jar of Sesame Garlic Teriyaki sauce
  • Kosher salt & pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 bag tri colored bell peppers
  • Yellow or purple onion
  • Green onions


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Roughly chop all veggies.  Put in bowl and drizzle 3/4 cup of sauce over.  Sprinkle with kosher salt & pepper.  Pour onto sheet pan.  Top with chicken. Baste chicken with sauce, then salt & pepper.  Bake 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and baste again.  If you are adding shrimp add at this point.  Return to oven and cook 25 minutes.  Broil for 3 minutes if desired.  Serve with fried rice.
