Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
- Rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian cheese
Directions
Spray a 9x13 with Pam. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, soups, milk, broth, and seasonings. Stir in cooked chicken and uncooked pasta. Pour into pan. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Uncover. Sprinkle cheeses over evenly. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
