Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cans Rotel, undrained
- 1 (32 ounce) container chicken broth
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (8 ounce) container chive & onion cream cheese spread, softened
- 1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
Directions
Cook ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess grease. Return beef to the skillet and add taco seasoning and Rotel. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Transfer meat to slow cooker.
Add broth, tomato soup, corn and beans. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Stir in cream cheese and tortellini and turn the slow cooker to high for 15-30 minutes before serving.
