Hissy Fit Breakfast Casserole

A repeat breakfast casserole at our house.

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound Jimmie Dean sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta shreds


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan.  Spread crescent rolls to fit pan.  Cook sausage.  Drain if needed.  Sprinkle sausage and cheeses over dough.  Whisk eggs, milk, and remaining ingredients.  Pour over sausage.  Bake 40 minutes or until the center is set.
