Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can French onion soup
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Brown beef. Drain grease.
In a small bowl whisk flour and broth until smooth. Add to ground beef in skillet with French onion soup. Heat until thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish or line with foil. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise (do not separate individually until after baking).
Place bottom of buns into baking dish and evenly spread the ground beef mixture over from edge to edge. Sprinkle cheese over. Add the top of the buns.
Melt butter and add minced onion, Worcestershire, salt and mustard. Whisk well. Pour over the top of the sliders, covering the tops and allowing to drip over the sides. Let sit for 10 minutes to absorb the butter.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 15-20 minutes. Cut into individual sliders.
