Ingredients:
- Rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup Panko
- Caesar salad premade kit
- Tortillas
- Spreadable butter (I used seasoned garlic butter)
- Parmesan
- Extra Caesar dressing for topping
Directions
Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each tortilla and top with Parmesan. Gently turn upside down on skillet to crisp. Flip and turn onto a serving platter.
Heat butter in same skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in shredded chicken and panko. Toss to coat and heat. Remove from heat.
Make salad & chop well. Place chicken in tortillas and top with salad, extra Parmesan and Caesar dressing as desired.
