Ingredients:
- Kings Hawaiian rolls
- Olive oil
- Garlic salt
- 1 seasoned ribeye steak
- Burrata (or your choice of cheese for pairing with steak)
- Balsamic glaze
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice as many rolls as you wish to serve into 4 slices each. Drizzle with olive oil, shake garlic salt over, and bake 5 minutes, flip over and bake 5 more minutes.
Pan sear the steak in a very hot cast iron skillet the favorite way you like to cook your steak. Let rest while you prep your toasts.
Spread buratta onto toasts (or top with whatever cheese you like)!. Slice steak thinly. Place a slice on each toast. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Top with a steak seasoning at this point if you want more flavor. So so good!
