Boudin Dip

An excellent Louisiana flavor hot dip!

Ingredients

• 4 links boudin (cooked and uncased)
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Softened cream cheese
• Tony’s
• Italian bread crumbs
• Crackers for serving

Directions

Mix first three ingredients together in stand mixer or even with the Pampered Chef Mix & Chop. Spread in baking dish. (You can split this between two small serving dishes). Sprinkle liberally with Tony’s and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with crackers.
