Boat Dip

The perfect poolside snack!


  • 24 ounces sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 4 ounce can diced green chiles
  • 1 can Rotel, drained
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Topping:  jalapenos (optional)
  • Other optional additions:  bacon bits, mexi-corn
  • Fritos for serving


Mix all together and chill in the fridge before serving.  The longer this is made ahead of time the better!
