Peach, Burrata, & Prosciutto Board

Ingredients:

  • 3 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 4 ounce package of prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1 burrata cheese ball
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Sea salt
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar of your choice (I used champagne vinegar)

Directions

Arrange peaches and prosciutto on a serving board.  Tear burrata into smaller pieces and fit in with the peaches and prosciutto.  Add basil leaves.

Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.  Drizzle olive oil and vinegar.
