Toll House Marble Cookie Skillet

A small party size dessert!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• Flaky sea salt for topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 10” skillet or 8x8” baking pan.

In a medium bowl, mix butter, sugars, and vanilla. Beat in egg.

In a separate small bowl sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture. Mix well.

If adding nuts add at this time.

Spread mixture into pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over dough. Place in oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and use a butter knife to swirl and marbelize chocolate. Return to oven. Cook 14 minutes.

Cut into squares.
