Ingredients
• 1 package Sister Schubert sausage pinwheels, thawed
• 1 lb. Jimmie Dean breakfast sausage
• 9 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 2 teaspoons spicy mustard
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 with Pam. Cook sausage and drain if needed. While sausage is cooking, quarter each roll and spread evenly in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over rolls. Whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour over. Bake 40 minutes. Cover with foil and cook 10 minutes more.
