  • 3/4 pound bow tie pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh sweet corn (or frozen)
  • 1 small handful fresh roughly chopped basil
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup salty pasta water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Black pepper
  • 2/3 cup parmesan


Boil pasta in salted water.  Reserve water.  Remove pasta to a skillet.  Add in heavy cream and heat on low.  Add corn , sour cream and pepper.  Mix in basil gently.  Top with cheese and let melt a little before mixing.
