Ingredients:
- 1 heaping half cup white chocolate chips, melted (melt with coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 heaping half cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups strawberry jam
Glaze:
- 10 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- Sprinkles for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line an 8” square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl melt the white chocolate drizzled with coconut oil on 20 second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each interval.
In a large bowl whisk melted butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix again.
Whisk in melted white chocolate until fully incorporated. Add flour and fold to combine.
Pour half the mixture into the pan. Drop jam on and spread. Add remaining batter on top. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Make glaze by whisking powdered sugar with milk. Drizzle over cooled blondies. Top with sprinkles. Slice into small squares.
