Ingredients:
- 4-5 boxes of your favorite crackers
- ½ cup Orville Popcorn popping oil
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of your favorite BBQ rub (I used a sweet rub)
- 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s cajun seasoning
Directions
Heat grill to 225 degrees. In a large aluminum pan mix your crackers.
In a small bowl combine oil with all seasonings. Pour over and stir well.
Smoke for 60 minutes stirring every 20 minutes.
