Smoked Crackers

One of my boys' favorite treats to have on hand.


  • 4-5 boxes of your favorite crackers
  • ½ cup Orville Popcorn popping oil
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite BBQ rub (I used a sweet rub)
  • 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s cajun seasoning


Heat grill to 225 degrees.  In a large aluminum pan mix your crackers. 

In a small bowl combine oil with all seasonings.  Pour over and stir well.

Smoke for 60 minutes stirring every 20 minutes.
