Ingredients
• Bone-in, skin on chicken thighs
• Red baby potatoes
• Baby carrots
• 1 purple onion, sliced
• Green beans
For the Sauce
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in small bowl for the sauce. Place meat and veggies (except green beans) in slow cooker. Pour sauce over. Cover & cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Baste every hour. Add green beans during last 30 minutes of cooking time.
