- 2 packages Knorr Creamy Chicken rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 2 pounds chicken pieces of your choice (I used dark)
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or use a liner. Pour rice into bottom. Whisk the cream of chicken and the broths and pour over. Stir into rice. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add chicken on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
You can half this recipe for a smaller family. The above quantity feeds my family of 5 with some for leftovers the next day!
