- 1 pound (more or less) of pulled pork
- BBQ sauce
- 1 block Colby jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- For serving: sour cream, diced jalapenos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 with cooking spray. Spread 1 can of crescent rolls into bottom of pan. Add pulled pork to make one layer. Pour bbq sauce over evenly. Top with shredded cheese. Add second layer of crescent rolls. Bake for 22-25 minutes, until top layer of crescent rolls is golden. Cut and serve with sour cream and jalapenos.
