Ingredients
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/4 sour cream
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup milk
• 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
• Rotisserie chicken, cut up
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup Italian cheese
Directions
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, soups, milk, broth, and seasonings. Stir in cooked chicken and uncooked pasta. Pour into pan. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Uncover. Top with cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
