Mardi Gras Dip

One of my favorite year-round dips.  Everyone always loves this one!


• 2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise
• 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• Chopped green onions
• Pecan pieces
• Red pepper jelly
• Ritz crackers for serving


Whisk first 4 ingredients together. Top with pepper jelly. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve with Ritz or a different buttery cracker.
