Ingredients

• 2 - 3 ears fresh corn, kernels removed
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup Italian cheese
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Buttery crackers for serving

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients through salt and pepper. Pour into small greased baking dish. Bake 10 minutes or until bubbly. Broil 2 minutes. Serve with crackers.
