Ingredients:
- 1 – 1 1/2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 flat mushrooms, sliced
- 6 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup white wine
- ¾ cup cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Few shakes of dill
- Cooked white rice
Directions
Melt butter in skillet. Cook mushrooms and green onions. Add in shrimp, white wine, cream, salt, pepper, and dill. Stir frequently and bring to a boil. When shrimp are pink (only 2-3 minutes), the dish is ready. Serve over rice.
