Ingredients
• 1 (30 oz) pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
• 3 cups heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup grated Parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 with Pam. Spread thawed hash browns in bottom of pan. Stir together cream and spices. Pour over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes, stirring halfway at 15 minute mark. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
