Ingredients
• 1 cup butter, room temperature
• 1 cup Crisco
• 5 cups powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 1/2 cups sprinkles
Directions
In a stand mixer mix all ingredients except sprinkles on low for 1 minute to incorporate the powdered sugar well. Then turn mixer to high and mix for 4-6 minutes. Hand stir in sprinkles. I like to stir in only 1 cup of sprinkles to the frosting and then top the frosting with the rest after décorating.
