- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 can Grand’s jumbo biscuits
- Powdered sugar
In a cast iron skillet heat your oil to 365 degrees. I use a candy thermometer to watch my temperature. While the oil is heating open the biscuits. Stretch each circle to make an oval. Use a small rolling pin to press. Use a small circular cutout for the eyes and mouth. Stretch again. Repeat for all biscuits. These will cook very quickly so have them ready to fry!
Once oil is heated drop biscuits in. Cook for 30-40 seconds each side. Remove from oil. Shake powdered sugar over the tops.
