Ingredients
• 1 box Funfetti cake mix
• 1/3 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 3-4 tablespoons sprinkles
• 1 1/4 cup M&M’s
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil and eggs with spoon until combined. Add sprinkles and gently mix. Add M&M’s and stir to combine evenly. Using cookie scoop, scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake no more than 7 minutes.
This was a fun discovery during Covid 2020. I have since made this recipe countless times changing out the colors of the sprinkles and M&M’s to coordinate with various holidays and school themes, but these definitely first debuted in the kitchen at Easter during that quarantine time we all remember very well.
