- 4-6 boneless pork chops (or chicken!)
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
- Salt & pepper to taste
In a baking dish add rice, butter and broth. In a separate bowl mix the two soups. Pour over rice and mix together. Place pork chops (or chicken) on top of rice and sprinkle the onion soup mix over. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. The rice should absorb the liquid and will be cooked through.
