- Thinly sliced pork chops
- 2 eggs
- Salt & pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 stick butter
Salt & pepper pork chops. In a coating tray mix the milk with eggs. In another coating tray pour your flour.
Heat olive oil and butter in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pork chops in milk/egg mixture, then in flour on both sides. Salt and pepper them again.
Add to cast iron skillet and fry 4 minutes on each side, then 1 minute more each side (so flip them twice!). Should be crisp.
Recipe from my Dad. He always says to fry with olive oil and butter.
