Ingredients:
- 5 pounds chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Dry your wings thoroughly on all sides with paper towels. Place in zip lock bag. Add baking powder and salt to the bag. Seal the bag and toss to coat evenly.
Preheat the smoker to 250 degrees. Place wings directly on grill grates, close the lid and smoke for 30 minutes.
Increase the heat in your smoker to 425 degrees or until the internal temp of the wings reaches 175 degrees. You can flip the wings as needed.
Remove wings and serve with your favorite sauce.
