Chicken Lazone

One of my top 5 favorite pasta recipes!


• 1 pound chicken, cut bite-size
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 tablespoons butter, divided
• 1 pound noodles of your choice
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups Half & Half
• Kosher salt & pepper to taste

Seasoning Mix

• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon basil


Mix all ingredients for seasoning. In a gallon ziplock bag add chicken, olive oil and seasoning mixture. Shake to coat thoroughly. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, flipping once, until cooked through (about 4-5 minutes each side). Set aside and keep warm. Meanwhile cook pasta. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet. Add garlic and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in Half & Half until slightly thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in pasta and gently toss to combine. Top with chicken and serve.
