Ingredients:
- 32 oz bag frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Spread potatoes in prepared pan & set aside.
In a large sauce pan combine milk, cream, mustard, salt, garlic powder & pepper. Add cheese and cook over medium-low heat until cheese melts, stirring often to melt cheese.
Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
