- 1 can crescent rolls
- Jam of your choosing (I used strawberry rhubarb preserves)
- 3 cups of fruit of your choosing (I used strawberries, blackberries, and peaches), cut into bite size pieces
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Coarse sugar for sprinkling
- Ice cream for serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll crescent roll dough out into a single sheet on a baking pan. Do not tear apart. Smush edges together all the way around to create a lip of sorts. Spread jam on the crescent roll dough.
Mix fruit, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Carefully pour onto dough, arranging the berries and fruit to make the layer as even as possible. Sprinkle sides of crimped dough with coarse sugar. Bake until edges are brown and done, about 15-18 minutes.
Serve with ice cream.
