Ingredients:
- 1 package chicken tenders
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic herb blend seasoning
- 5 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- Cooked fettuccine noodles
Directions
Pound chicken tenders with meat tenderizer. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic herb blend seasonings. Heat 3 tablespoons butter and olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken in skillet, flipping after 3 minutes on each side. Set aside. Slice lengthwise.
In same skillet add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and garlic. Pour in broth, heavy cream, corn starch, and Parmesan. Cook on low heat until sauce thickens. Add cooked noodles. Top with chicken to serve.
