Bubble Up Biscuit Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Jimmie Dean sausage, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits, 10 count
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Velveeta, cubed (or Velveeta Shreds)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 9x13 baking dish.  Quarter biscuits and spread evenly in bottom of dish.  Top with cooked sausage, Velveeta, and cheddar.  Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over sausage layer.  Bake for 35 minutes.
