Brisket Toast

A perfectly quick and YUM weeknight meal or weekend snack.


  • 1 baguette
  • Brisket, chopped
  • BBQ sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic salt
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream


Heat brisket on stove in a touch of olive oil.  Squeeze BBQ sauce over and let heat on low while the toast bakes.

Set oven to low broil.  Slice baguette and brush each piece with olive oil (or melted butter).  Sprinkle garlic salt over each piece. Broil for 3 minutes.

Top with brisket and if desired for each piece cheese and sour cream.
