Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin (1.25 - 1.75 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Put pork tenderloin in a ziploc bag to fit with olive oil. Rub into pork tenderloin. Add dry ingredients and massage into meat. (If I have time I like to place in fridge for awhile or even overnight. No big deal if you do not have time).
Air fry for 20-22 minutes. DELISH.
