- 1 rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 1 pkg angel hair pasta
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 family size cream of chicken soup
- Minced garlic
- Italian dressing mix packet
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
- S&P to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 dish with cooking spray.
Boil noodles, drain.
In stand mixer mix butter, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, garlic, Italian dressing mix, chicken broth and 1 cup of cheese.
Pour noodles into bottom of pan. Pour sauce over. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly.
*I have made this twice. The second time I put it in my crock pot on low to heat while were were at a ball game and it worked just fine so also file this under slow cooker recipes!
