5 Ingredient Honey Butter Beer Bread

A completely fail-proof delicious bread to make at home


• 3 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 bottle light beer
• 1 stick butter cut into pats


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a loaf pan. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and honey. Pour in the beef and stir until just combined. The dough may be lumpy which is fine. Pour into loaf pan. Place the pats of butter evenly on top. Bake 35-40 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool in pan 5 minutes before turning out to cut.
