No Peek Beef Tips

For the nights when you have to be elsewhere but still need a great meal!  Let the oven do the work!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds stew meat (or any steak cut up)
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • One packet brown gravy mix
  • One envelope onion soup mix
  • One soup can beef broth

Directions

Heat oven to 300 degrees.  Spread meat into 13x9 casserole dish.  Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour over meat.  Cover tightly with foil and let cook 3 hours.  Do not uncover while cooking.  Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.

*Pro tip:  assemble the night before or morning of.  Keep refrigerated until ready to pop in the oven.

**I left mine cooking for 4 hours and it was perfect.
