- 2 cups flour, plus more as needed
- 1 package rapid rise yeast
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
In a medium bowl stir flour, yeast, and salt. Add water, olive oil and honey. Mix with wooden spoon until just combined. Cover bowl with spoon and let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. I use this whole amount for one pizza.
I usually double this recipe and divide in half. I double wrap the dough in Saran Wrap and freeze for later use.
