Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese)
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup Italian cheese
  • 1 package frozen ravioli, cooked
  • 2 cups Italian cheese


Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 9x13 casserole dish (or split into 2 smaller baking dishes & freeze one for later).  In a large skillet cook Italian sausage.  Drain fat & return to pan.  Stir in spaghetti sauce. 

In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1/3 cup Italian cheese, & garlic powder.  Add ravioli and toss to coat. 

Spread ravioli mixture in bottom of pan.  Pour meat sauce over. Top with 2 cups Italian cheese.  Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
