Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Dash Tabasco
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place meat in mixing bowl and add all seasonings. Add milk, cheese, onion, and bread crumbs. Mix in stand mixer or by hand until evenly blended. Form into 1 1/2” meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
I usually double this batch and freeze unbaked meatballs to use later. PHENOMENAL!
This is my Dad’s recipe, and I am KICKING myself for leaving it out of the cookbook.
