- 1 pound Italian sausage (can substitute ground beef or turkey)
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 package Boursin garlic & herb cheese
- 1 ¼ cups Ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan, divided
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 ½ cups shredded Italian cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees if immediately cooking. Spray a 9x13 baking pan.
Cook Italian sausage. Drain if needed. Pour spaghetti sauce and garlic powder in and stir.
With a mixer (or by hand) mix the cottage cheese, Boursin, ricotta, sour crema and ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese. Drop in the frozen ravioli and stir. Pour all into baking pan. Top with meat/sauce mixture.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and all the Italian cheese over the top. Bake for 45 minutes.
This recipe is adapted from Plain Chicken. I am saving this one to remember for ballpark nights! Prep this ahead, stick the fridge and pop in the oven.
